The Albertine Sustainable Development Project (ARSDP) involved consultancy services for the preparation of Environment and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) for selected roads and renovation of offices in Buliisa and Hoima Districts.

geotechnical investigations
pavement design
cost estimate
preparation of an operation and maintenance plan for infrastructure
skills development plans
structural design
renovation plans for office blocks
preparation of a book of drawings
preparation of tender documents
and tender assistance.

Services used

Client and Funder: The Ministry of Lands, Housing, and Urban Development was the client for this project, which was funded by The World Bank.
Location and Length: The project was carried out in Buliisa, Hoima, and Kikuube Districts and involved 12.07 km of paved roads, 16.85 km of gravel roads, and the renovation of the Bulisa Town Council Offices.
Start / Completion Date: The project began in November 2019 and was completed in March 2020.
Contract Value: The contract was worth UGX 1,308,620,000
